Oh I am so freakin excited that it's warmin' up outside.
I am not a "winter" person at all, and love when Spring finally hits. I have now started to wear my flip-flops (my old friends!) and other cute sandals, along with capri's and tee-shirts with no coat....ah! I feel like I can finally breath.
Yesterday was so nice out that Qiana and I had some outside time.
We laid a blanket on the grass and just sat in the sun. Qiana had to rock her sunglasses of course. It totally reminded me of last summer and hanging out with kimmy and elsie outside watching aaron with the dog or doing the lawn...such good times.
She was so fascinated by her new surroundings, and loved looking at all the dead leaves that currently fill the grass.
I had a cup of ice water that we both shared...and by "shared" I mean she drank out of it, and grabbed it from my lips whenever I dared to drink as well. I guess we'll work on that "sharing" thing later.
At one point she started to get sleepy
(or she was thinking about tanning...who knows)
and just laid down in the blanket. Needless to say, she LOVED it outside, and I'm hoping to make it a daily thing....oh and once the pool is ready you better believe that's gonna be our afternoon hangout spot!
sidenote: another cool thing about it warming up outside is the outfits that Qiana finally gets to wear. I have been waiting for her to be able to wear this outfit since I bought it last august.
Along with her new pearl earrings this girl is ready to hit the country club for a round of golf dont ya think?

She is seriously gorgeous. I love that little girl
She is just like her Mommy. . . .loves to lay out in the sun! And remember how adorable those glasses are? Anyway. . . I can't wait for the pool either!
If you moved to California we could be out hanging on the beach everyday! Just a thought!
Oh boy...that makes me think about lasr summer, too. That is one thing I do miss about ML. We had such a good time with you!
Qiana is so stinkin' cute!
Those pictures of her squirming around on that blanket are some of the cutest I have ever seen!
Rhode fought the baby food for a while too. So I let him snack on cheerios and the little graduate puff snacks with the occasional graham cracker he would gnaw to death. Now he's more willing to open up to the world of strained produce. Now if the kid would just take a dang bottle...
She's a rock star! Adorable!
She's gorgeous! And that last outfit... LOVE IT! I would wear that... = ) Glad SOMEONE is getting some warm weather, cause it sure isn't us!
I LOVE those glasses! So cute!!
Qiana is such a little fashionista! I think all little girls need a mommy like you to make sure they squeeze every drop of cute out of those adorable girlie clothes! I am so happy to see spring too, it has been a long brown winter here. Your pics in the lovely green grass make me jealous!
