You better learn some good come-backs for momma jokes.

I found I never needed a baby monitor, when they cry, you can hear it! Start buying diapers now...breast feeding was a lot different than i thought it would be. If you are planning on doing it, talk to someone. It takes like 45 minutes to feed them! And it hurts really bad! But it is a good experience.

Angie, I want to tell you congratulations. You are going to make a great mom and you have plenty of wonderful examples around you. I look forward to hearing the pregnancy wonders and terrors. And I cannot wait for this little angel to come into your life.

I already emailed you, but I agree with the baby monitor business.

I totally agree with the baby monitor advise, for some reason when you become a mom you have a super sense of hearing that begins. You can hear your baby crying a mile away. I'll email you!

I sent you an email - but I forgot one important item - a safe feeder - it's this little mesh thingy w/ a handle. You put the food or popsicle (great for teething) or whatever in the mesh end and the baby can feed herself w/o you worrying about her choking on chunks of food. Great for popsicles and bananas - a pain in the tush to clean, but totally worth it.
